Honey after surgery?

Looks like surgeons are being told to use honey to cover pinhole wounds after laborascopic surgeries. Take a look at this article and this one and this one

Did you know that honey was commonly used to heal wounds, but in the 40's when antibiotics became approved, surgeons were pushed to use them instead and honey was dropped?

Ignorant of what could heal us for cheap because Big-Pharma is at it again, geeez...
