The other day I was surfing around alternative health sites and came upon this really great flash animated cartoon.
Do yourselves a favour, take 10 mins out of your day and watch this flick. You'll realize just how little the medical and pharmaceutical industries care about you. They don't want you to be cured from your heartburn...hell now! That would mean the sales of Nexxium and Pariet would plummet. And your cholesterol problem? Do you really think they want it to vanish for good? Then you're naive my friend. There'd be no need for Lipitor! Don't relax and put yourself first, oh no, please, keep living that hectic life you beautiful Type A person. But, at the end of the day when it's 2am and you've been at your PC having meaningless interactions with total strangers for hours and feel like you're losing your mind. Just turn to our friends Prozac, Effexor, Paxil, and Zoloft. They always deliver when your friends won't.
Those of you who still don't "get it" the word "allopath" is the word used to describe the style of medicine practiced in the Western World of North America if you prefer. It's mainly focused on treating symptoms than the root causes of disease. Anyway, enough about that... Watch the vid
Enjoy!
